About You:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who possesses the following qualities:
- Foundational experience in full stack software development
- Key strengths in Single Page Application front-end technologies such as React, VueJS, and Angular
- General web development skills across HTML, CSS, JSON, Javascript/Typescript
- Competency in responsive web design, SEO, and site performance optimization.
- Experience in back-end technologies such as NodeJS, ExpressJS API, MySQL, AWS, Redis, Postgres, and MongoDB
- Experience with email marketing systems (SendGrid, Iterable, Klaviyo, e.g.), coding emails, maintaining CRM, and API integrations (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Facebook Conversion API)
- Proficient in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4), event and conversion tracking, pixels, and data layers
- Experience with headless content management systems (e.g., Contentful)
- Proven experience in contributing to a collaborative learning environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities to convert business requirements into scalable and efficient software solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

About the Role:
- As a Software Engineer II, you will be responsible for:
- Independent delivery of front-end and back-end development tasks
- Designing and implementing features across the technology stack to support marketing program needs
- Working closely with product managers, designers, marketers, and developers
- Understanding requirements, proposing solutions, and delivering high-quality features aligned with business outcomes
- Ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of ambitious goals
- Participating in code reviews to promote a culture of learning and growth
- Documenting technical solutions, APIs, and processes for clear communication and knowledge sharing
- Tackling appropriate technical challenges and finding innovative solutions
- Ensuring solution quality, testability, security, and integrity
- Following best practices to automate testing, protect user data, and prevent potential vulnerabilities
- Staying informed about industry trends and advancements in full-stack development
- Evaluating the potential application of new technologies within team projects

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in front-end web development
- 1+ years of experience directly supporting marketing efforts
- 1+ years of experience in back-end software development
- Strong proficiency in Single Page Application front-end technologies such as React, VueJS, and Angular
- Experience with back-end technologies, including NodeJS, ExpressJS API, MySQL, AWS, Redis, Postgres, and MongoDB
- Proven experience working in software development teams and delivering high-quality products
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, test-driven development, best practices, and coding standards
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bonus Points for:
- Experience working in a tech company and/or high-growth startup
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, JIRA)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
