Accountabilities:

  • Develop modular, accessible frontend components using modern JavaScript/TypeScript standards.
  • Build and maintain Node.js serverless functions to support the backend logic of web platforms.
  • Optimize website performance and accessibility for a global audience.
  • Actively participate in code reviews and share knowledge across teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and documentation teams to deliver high-impact features.
  • Lead frontend projects autonomously and support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Assist with support queries and provide guidance to users on product usage.
  • Mentor teammates by fostering an open, collaborative, and knowledge-sharing environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in frontend engineering, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript, including modern syntax and frameworks.
  • Experience with React or Vue.js ecosystems; familiarity with Astro is a strong plus.
  • Proficient in SSR/SSG/ISR, Node.js, PostCSS, Web APIs, and secure API design.
  • Hands-on experience with modern tools like Vite, Vercel, or Netlify.
  • Strong understanding of web security best practices and accessibility (a11y) principles.
  • Previous experience with CMS and Headless CMS platforms is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • Confidence working in a remote, international, fast-paced team environment.
