Job Title: Front End Developer (HTML/CSS/JS/Python)

Location: Remote (Permanent Work from home)

Industry: Oil Industry Supply Chain (Preferred)

Shift Timing: 5:30 PM IST – 2:30 AM IST (US Eastern Time Overlap)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Front End Developer with a strong foundation in web technologies and automation tools to support digital transformation initiatives, particularly in the supply chain sector of the oil industry. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Python, and no-code platforms like Airtable and Softr.io. Familiarity with automation platforms like Make.com and Zapier is essential. This role requires working during US Eastern business hours (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or Python.

• Build and manage applications using no-code platforms such as Airtable and Softr.io.

• Automate business processes using tools like Make.com and Zapier.

• Integrate APIs and third-party tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

• Develop documentation and ensure best practices are followed for maintainability.

• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in web development and/or automation.

• No-Code Automation Platforms: Airtable (Expert), Monday.com (Advanced), Make (formerly Integromat) (Expert), Softr (Advanced), Zapier, ClickUp, HubSpot.

• Process Optimization: Workflow Design, Business Process Automation (BPA), Requirements Gathering, Data Mapping, API Integration, System Integration, Automation Testing, Error Handling.

• Data Management & Visualization: Database Design, Data Structures, Relational Databases, Data Cleaning, Reporting, Dashboard Creation

• Technical Concepts: APIs, Webhooks, JSON, CSV, Conditional Logic, Looping, Iterators, Routers

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work during US Eastern business hours (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST).

• Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the oil industry supply chain or related domains.

• Understanding of database structures and API integrations.

• Familiarity with other no-code/low-code platforms is a plus.
