We’re looking for a Full-Stack Software Developer who’s as comfortable coding as they are collaborating with clients. This is a remote, U.S.-based role where you’ll work on meaningful, large-scale projects that power real businesses.

You’ll join a team that values clear communication, clean code, and scalable design. If you're a proactive engineer with both front-end and back-end chops — and you enjoy partnering directly with clients — you’ll thrive here.

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Build enterprise-grade applications across web and mobile platforms

• Develop clean, scalable, and well-tested code on both front-end and back-end

• Collaborate directly with clients to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Lead features end-to-end — from planning and architecture to deployment

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth

• Improve performance, security, and scalability in every project

• Embrace DevOps best practices including CI/CD and test automation

• Help shape engineering standards and suggest tech/process improvements

🧠 What You Bring

• Strong experience across the full stack (JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular + backend with Node.js, .NET, or similar)

• Solid understanding of front-end styling frameworks like Tailwind, Bootstrap, or CSS

• Cloud experience with AWS or Azure

• A sharp eye for application performance and security

• Strong communicator with client-facing experience

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• Fluent English communication skills required

• Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams

• Background in consulting or agency environments

• Familiarity with test automation and continuous delivery
