Your Impact
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Software Development Engineer to join our growing R&D Team. This position will be under an Employer of Record (EoR) agreement. In this role, you will:
- Own the technical delivery and evolution of the Acre Identity products and platforms, ensuring quality, maintainability, and alignment with business goals.
- Deliver robust and maintainable code using Microsoft technologies (ASP.NET MVC, C#, Entity Framework, SQL Server).
- Champion engineering standards, scalability, and security practices within the team.
- Drive innovation and mentor team members through design reviews and technical guidance.
What You’ll Do
- Architect and implement reliable, performant services and integrations.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex technical issues.
- Document and communicate architectural decisions and development guidelines.
- Support DevOps and QA teams in maintaining CI/CD pipelines and release readiness.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align priorities.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to engineers across levels.
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
- Proven experience designing secure, scalable, and maintainable systems.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns.
- Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD workflows, and test automation.
- Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset.
- Awareness of secure development principles and common vulnerabilities, with a willingness to support remediation of issues identified through vulnerability scans/testing.
Bonus points if you bring:
- Experience with Windows Services and DLL-based architecture.
- Knowledge of Azure-based deployments and hybrid infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, SCIM).
- Familiarity with physical access systems and security-related platforms.
