Marsie LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join one of our clients’ high-impact technology teams. This is a unique opportunity to work on scalable platforms and software products that make a real difference.
We are looking for engineers who think beyond code, professionals who can design holistic solutions, translate business needs into technical strategy, and deliver results that improve both user experiences and business workflows.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll:
- Contribute to the evolution of a modern technology platform and impactful software products.
- Propose innovative solutions to complex, real-world challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with peers across engineering and non-engineering teams.
- Champion engineering best practices and help raise technical standards across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in 3+ programming languages (Python highly desired; C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or others are welcome).
- 5+ years of back-end experience developing services and APIs in distributed, service-oriented architectures.
- 3+ years of front-end experience building large-scale applications with modern frameworks (React strongly preferred; Vue or Angular also acceptable).
- 5+ years of experience in data modeling across different databases and storage types.
- 3+ years of cloud expertise (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI).
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or other regulated industries (data privacy & compliance).
- Experience in ETL pipelines, orchestrators or workflow engines.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
