As a Senior Backend Engineer at BSC Analytics, you’ll be part of a high-performing team of four to five engineers tackling complex platform challenges for large-scale enterprises. About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with a passion for building scalable, resilient systems that drive AI-powered innovation. You’ll be a key contributor to our backend architecture — designing APIs, scaling distributed systems, and collaborating closely with AI and product teams to bring cutting-edge ideas to production.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs to support AI/ML-powered applications.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to productionize models, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
- Implement best practices for security, performance, and scalability across backend systems.
- Build robust observability — monitoring, logging, and alerting — for deployed applications.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (frontend, product management, DevOps, ML engineers) to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Stay on top of emerging technologies and advocate for smart adoption that keeps us ahead of the curve.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional backend development experience3+ years Python and Node.js experience required
- 5+ years of API design (REST and GraphQL) and microservices experience5+ years of multicloud experience, Azure required
- 3+ years of Kubernetes experience
- 3+ years of SQL and NoSQL experience
- AI/ML lifecycle experience required
- Asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture experience
- High growth environment experience
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Data engineering experience
- Highly regulated enterprise experience
- Hands on experience with AI/ML frameworks
