Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Location: Remote (Latin America)
Tech Stack: Ruby on Rails, React, Next.js, GraphQL
The Opportunity Lasso is a high-growth, bootstrapped platform disrupting the Partner Ecosystem space. You will work directly with the Founder (a technical expert) to take ownership of core product development. This is a high-autonomy role designed for a "Product Engineer"—someone who cares as much about what we are building as how we build it.
The Mission
- Offload the Founder: Take over complex feature development (Front-end & Back-end) to allow the Founder to focus on sales and strategy.
- Build Complex Infra: Architect and maintain multi-tenant SaaS architecture, including complex financial infrastructure (rev-share calculations) and 3rd party CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Customer Facing: Occasionally join calls with customers to handle technical requirements and "curveballs" directly.
The Tech Stack (Must Haves)
- Backend: Ruby on Rails (Deep proficiency required).
- Frontend: React & Next.js.
- API: Strong experience with GraphQL (We do not use REST).
- Architecture: Experience building Multi-Tenant SaaS environments.
Who You Are
- You are a "One-Stop Shop": You don't need a Product Manager to write user stories or a Designer to provide pixel-perfect Figma files. You can take a rough sketch or a conversation and turn it into a shipping feature.
- You possess "Product Instinct": You understand the business context of what you are building. You are comfortable making decisions to keep velocity high.
- You are Senior/Staff Level: You have 5+ years of experience and are comfortable auditing existing code and jumping straight into a complex codebase.
- Communication: You have high fluency in English and are comfortable speaking with US-based clients.
