This position allows for 4 days per week remote / work from home.
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with an active Secret Clearance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet the needs of our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize workflows and provide exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as needed.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, custom applications, and integrations.
- Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices, particularly related to the handling of sensitive data.
- Participate in project planning and provide insights on ServiceNow best practices and capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Active Secret Clearance required.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a minimum of [X] years in the field.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, application development, and implementation.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for integrations.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
