About the role: The Data Quality Analyst is responsible for evaluating and maintaining the quality of mesh data used in various applications. Collaborate with teams to define and implement data quality standards for 3D mesh models, troubleshoot anomalies, and optimize mesh data processes for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.
Essential Functions:
- Analyze data within mesh data (architecture) storage to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will support data strategy and decision making through data quality planning, design, communication, and execution.
- Closely and effectively collaborate with other data quality analysts to create, support, maintain, and grow an effective data quality framework.
- Identify and evaluate potential data sources to support the data analysis, insights, data delivery and digital services of the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external data providers to ensure a consistent and reliable quality of data.
- Design and develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards to effectively present data quality insights to stakeholders.
- Build and manage data scorecards for source data suppliers.
- Design, deploy, and monitor data quality metrics as part of a Data Quality Framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality dashboards meet the needs of various business units.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data throughout the analysis process.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues in a timely manner, working closely with data teams and other data quality teams.
- Drive automation initiatives to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes, reducing manual efforts and increasing efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance data analysis, data delivery, and digital service needs.
- Educate data consumers and data stakeholders, providing guidance and support in data analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data teams, to leverage expertise and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience is strongly preferred
- 4+ years of experience performing data analysis and data exploration, preferably in the healthcare industry
- 4+ years of experience designing and developing data quality reports and dashboards
- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft PowerBI or similar BI tools (Tableau, SAP, SAS, etc.)
- Experience performing data quality analysis from data stored in cloud storage preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow preferred
- Experience with Databricks preferred
Preferred Experience:
- Proficient in statistical analysis, data manipulation, and visualization using programming languages (Python, R, SQL, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business personnel
- Ability to train others effectively
- Ability to successfully collaborate with other business groups and team members up, down, and across the organization
- Skilled at fully understanding business requirements and translating them to needed data quality analysis and presentation
- Strong understanding of all aspects of use cases
- Strong ability to provide clear guidance and direction in ambiguous conditions
- Able to work under pressure and time constraints
- Able to communicate complex technical data issues to non-technical users
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Effective presentation and interpersonal skills to large audiences and executives
- Solid analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment

While a number of factors influence salary, our estimated California, Colorado, Washington, and New York compensation is $65,000 - $85,000. Please note, this is a general guideline and your experience qualifications, geographic location, and other factors will be taken into consideration.
