The Role
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Sales/Solutions Engineer with proven experience and a passion for selling and implementing technology solutions to senior executives in our North American territory. You will be responsible for supporting the sales team to technically position our solutions to best fit the client's needs—the ability to stitch together solutions across multiple technologies to help customers achieve their compliance goals. You will also support the Implementation team to ensure that the designed solution is implemented basis the needs and timelines of the customer.

Responsibilities

    • Design an effective solution which meets the customer's objectives with GRC Automation and Security Compliance
    • Partner with the Sales team to plan, prepare and execute on deals in sales cycles
    • Manage all technical aspects of the sales cycle including but not limited to: Technical Demonstration, Proof of Concepts, RFPs, RFQs and sharing technical differentiators against other vendors
    • Become a trusted advisor to the technical decision maker - both during the Sales as well as the Implementation cycle
    • Effectively communicate client needs to the product and engineering teams for future product enhancements
    • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
    • Collect and document competitive intelligence

Requirements

    • 4 to 8 years of experience as a Sales/Solutions Engineer, preferably in the SaaS space
    • Knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOC2, ISO27001, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS, etc.
    • Strong execution focus - ensuring the designed solution meets the objectives and timelines of the customer
    • Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior technical decision-makers (CTO, CISO, CIO etc)
    • Great to have certifications like ISO27001 Lead Implementation/Auditor, CISA, CISM or CISSP
    • Knowledge of cloud providers, such as AWS, GCP, etc. Ability to conceptualize and build a proof of concepts
    • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in a simple manner
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
