About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned developer to join a dynamic team, working on innovative, data-intensive applications in a fully remote setting.

As a Senior Java Developer, you will focus on building and maintaining scalable systems using Java and Spring Boot. Your expertise will be essential in designing RESTful APIs, managing data with PostgreSQL, and implementing asynchronous processing to optimize performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions and contribute to the overall success of the product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust REST APIs and microservices using Spring Boot and JPA.
• Optimize SQL queries and manage complex data structures within PostgreSQL.
• Implement asynchronous processing workflows to boost application performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps teams, and product managers to create effective technical solutions.
• Actively participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring high code quality.
• Develop and execute automated unit and integration tests for Java-based services.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in back-end development, with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience in building scalable APIs and designing asynchronous processes.
• Extensive knowledge of distributed systems and service-oriented architectures.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, including crafting optimized and complex SQL queries.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a collaborative mindset.
• Knowledge of multi-tenant SaaS architectures and production-level deployment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with scalable architectures in Azure, including deployment and management.
• Expertise in large-scale data processing solutions.
