SENIOR STRATEGY ANALYST

We’re an All-Inclusive television advertising agency with our home base in Minneapolis. However, you can work from anywhere that works for you including cities like Chicago, Atlanta, New York, Austin, Phoenix, and more.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Strategy Analyst, you will conduct in-depth customer and attribution analysis, develop audience targeting strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to integrate insights into broader campaign strategies. You will also work with proprietary tools to measure the impact of TV on digital performance and business outcomes, helping to shape clients’ brand strategies.
The role requires expertise in advanced data analytics, audience targeting, and econometrics to provide actionable insights. Reporting to the VP of Analytics, you will contribute to building the agency's strategy analytics capabilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Customer & Attribution Analysis: Conduct customer segmentation and behavior analysis to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Utilize Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and econometrics to analyze media spend across multiple channels and improve ROI.
Apply Life Time Value (LTV) methodologies to measure long-term profitability and guide investment decisions.
Audience Targeting & Campaign Planning: Create and refine target audience segments for streaming TV campaigns.
Collaborate with media and creative teams to align audience insights with campaign objectives.
Data Analysis & Insights: Use advanced analytics to uncover insights from complex datasets and deliver data-driven recommendations.
Perform attribution analysis to assess the impact of media channels on business outcomes.
Collaboration & Reporting: Work cross-functionally with account management, media planning, and creative teams.
Present findings to internal teams and clients, translating technical results into actionable business insights.
Develop data visualization dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years in strategy, marketing analytics, or data science, preferably in performance marketing or advertising.
Proven expertise in MMM, econometrics and LTV analysis.
Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data analysis.
Expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio for data visualization.
Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and modeling.
Familiarity with media analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and AI-enabled analytics tools.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset to contribute to strategic business decisions.
