We are a fast-growing startup that’s hiring a Web Developer to manage, update, and optimize our website at https://www.b12.io.

We started in New York but are now a fully distributed company with B12ers in Kyrgyzstan, the Philippines, many US states, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain pages for https://www.b12.io using React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Gatsby.js.
Set up and manage A/B tests to optimize website conversions.
Develop and enhance template pages.
Optimize website performance and SEO.
Strategize and implement improvements in website tooling and architecture.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in web development.
Proficiency in React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with Netlify.
Previous experience managing a complex website.
Strong understanding of website performance and SEO best practices.
Ability to think strategically about website architecture.
