Our Integrations team plays a critical role in our success. We manage and scale data pipelines that ingest marketing data from third-party APIs, ensuring it’s validated, aggregated, and delivered seamlessly to our customers. This team’s work is at the core of our platform’s value.

As a Senior Data Engineer, you’ll tackle technical challenges to build scalable, resilient, and cost-efficient data systems. You’ll collaborate across teams to design solutions that meet our customers' emerging needs, mentor other engineers, and continuously seek ways to enhance our engineering processes.

What You’ll Do

Scope and own projects to build, improve, and maintain scalable data ingests and pipelines.
Design and implement solutions that are resilient, well-monitored, and cost-effective.
Lead technical initiatives, working closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to develop clear, detailed technical specifications.
Share knowledge with your peers through design and code reviews, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Stay curious—evaluate emerging technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness in our engineering processes.

Engineers are encouraged to propose approaches, lead projects, and see them through to completion. This ownership ensures your ideas and expertise have a direct impact on our product and customers. Along the way, you'll be supported by your team members (both direct and cross functional) as you navigate the system and the business needs.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You have 7+ years of experience as a Data Engineer and deep expertise in AWS services (Redshift preferred).
You’re proficient with Python and have experience working with Kubernetes (K8s).
You’re comfortable ingesting data from third-party APIs and familiar with modern orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow).
You're comfortable with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
You have experience mentoring engineers and enjoy sharing your knowledge, particularly in areas like data warehousing, pipelines, and architecture.
You have a product mindset, balancing technical excellence with business needs to deliver scalable solutions.
You communicate complex topics clearly, whether you’re writing technical specs or aligning stakeholders around a project plan.
